Mirko, I think what you are looking for are:

- WindowProperty:ShadingControl objcet to set the control;

- WindowMaterial:blind object to define the louvres.

For opaque construction you can use Shading:Building:Detailed to wich you can apply a variable solar transmittance, but not a moevable behaviour
