There is online training for OpenStudio and DesignBuilder, which use E+ as their calculation engine.  I think there are also some YouTube videos for E+.

I'll bet that BeOpt, which also uses E+, will be helpful for you.

My PhD is on going, and I used to use eco tect as a simulation program, but my supervisor asked me to use E+. I didn't find any tutorial about it when I searched, but I'll use the resources that you sent to know just how to start using this program to calculate the thermal performance for iraqi residential units

That would be a PhD thesis in itself.  I think you need to do some thinking and investigation, then choose a topic for further development.  What has your advisor recommended?

  • You might start by Googling "residential building energy use", "residential thermal performance", "residential energy modeling". 
  • ASHRAE and CIBSE very likely have research papers in their libraries or other publications.
  • BeOpt is a residential-focussed GUI for EnergyPlus

  2. You will have to be much more specific about your thesis topic n order for anyone to help give guidance.
