Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Output Variables





Thank you. I have already simulated indoor cooling energy with HVAC Templete: Thermostat with Zone Ideal Load Air System according to input-output. Here, my minimum cooling supply Air Temperature is 26.6OC and demand indoor Air Temperature setpoint is 26.6 oC.(0.1oC than constant set-point). Is this possible? From the result, I always found various humidity level - but I need indoor Humidity 65% in general in all conditions and want to DE-humidify if RH>65% and Humidify if RH<65% and then want to calculate total Cooling Energy. Need Help///Thanks again.

Sajal,
When you install E+, there are many example files, as you know.  In the same folder are two HTML files:
  • examplefiles.html
  • examplefiles-objectslink.html
The second one lists specific objects used within the example files and also references the example files that use these objects.  Take a look at this .html file to see where the objects you are interested in appear in an example file.

I have already simulated natural ventilation (AFN)control system and my temperature set point 26 degC (max) 18 DegC (min). I want to analysis how much energy demand we need for cooling and heating if indoor temperature becomes more than 26 degC. and less than 18 DegC. So in that case what will be the necessary output variables for Zone Cooling Demand Rate and Zone Heating Demand Rate? Need some suggestions. Thank you.
