For the record....

Comfort or temperature in the zone is a control goal which conflicts with maintaining a fixed outlet temperature.  

You can do one or the other unless (improbably) your variable flow and radiant heat exchange is exactly proportional to the zone load.

As far as I understand reading the guide, only the â??Water Mass Flow Rateâ?? can be "monitored" with EMS (I attach here the extract). 

I have to simulate a variable flow radiant system in which both the inlet and outlet temperatures are fixed. 

I hope that someone who has already met this problem can help me.
