1. Whats the usual practice for ground temperature in reference building simulations.

2. Severe  ** FindRootSimpleController: Controller error for controller = "CONTROLLER WATER COIL 2"

3. In calculating the design coil UA for Coil:Cooling:Water COIL COOLING WATER 1

How do I go about fixing those?
