Keep in mind that a warning is not necessarily a problem. It's a notification that something looks different than expected. Sometimes it's a problem, and sometimes it's not

The Energyplus helpserve helped me fix the error in the components and node connection. Now the simulation complete without severe error but around 40 warnings. Will try to fix those now.
