[EnergyPlus_Support] Problem of setpoint temperature (HVAC split - unitary) [1 Attachment]

Hi, I am having a problem to simulate the air conditioner split in EP (v. 8.2):

HVAC Template:Thermostat; 

HVAC Template: Zone:Unitary; 

HVAC Template: System Unitary

Even defining the cooling setpoint temperature at 25ºC, the internal rooms are coming up at higher temperatures (28, 29, 30ºC). Did i do something wrong? The info is following below. Thanks!
