Hourly Global is what you probably want. There's ftp access (preferred) or you can use the website to make a request and then email you a link.

Hi, 
I recently moved to US and am looking for US weather data (hourly and measured in stations).

I looked over a few more sites, but I don't find good one.
Can anybody suggest me good source to get measured hourly-weather data? (of course, if it is freely available, it will be better..!)
