Secondary airflow won't help with cooling loads; it's just room air.
If you cannot meet cooling loads, you'll need to change something on the primary / air loop side

I'm facing the same problem as Dante now. The PIU fans turn off only when the primary air flow is above the specified fraction of the maximum (Fan On Flow Fraction), i.e. in the warmest periods of the year.

Do you think I have to use the nightcycle also for the PIU fans?
Paragraph G3.1.2.4 is not clear from this point of view.
