[EnergyPlus_Support] Can't find topic/document in EPLUs documentation

Hello

The input output reference for WindowMaterial:Glazing under 'Field: Visible Transmittance at Normal Incidence' states:

"For uncoated glass, when alternative optical properties are available?such as thickkness, visible index of refraction, and visible extinction coefficient?they can be converted to equivalent visible transmittance and reflectance values using the equations given in â??Conversion from Alternative Specification of Glass Optical Properties.â??"

However, I can't find a topic or document with that name in the documentation.

Does anyone know where I can find it?
