[EnergyPlus_Support] Pump causing Heating Unmet hours with increased Energy consumption

Dear All,

I am trying to simulate following plant arrangement in an industrial building in climatic zone 5A. However:

1. When i run the simulation with All VSD pumps then it runs smoothly with NO unmet load hours and relatively better enegry performance
   
2. When i run the simulation with two VSD and a constant pump (as shown below) it gives my very high heating unmet hour and energy consumption shoots up 1.3 times. 

Any insight would be highly appreciated.
