Hi,

I don't know of anything specific to EV (maybe it's a new feature of e+ 8.6) but really it's nothing but a battery and associated inverters/transformers and control logic. That you can surely do in e+. Take a look at the documentation for all the "electricloadcenter:xxxx" objects.
