I recommend that you study the error messages carefully. It may also be helpful to export the IDF and run the simulation outside of design builder. Sometimes the error messages are easier to understand in that context.

Hello,

I am trying to validate field measurements with EnergyPlus simulation data using a custom weather file. I have used the following software to modify an existing epw file to custom climate file:

However, when I am simulating with the custom climate file in designBuilder software, an IDF error is showing up. I think the problem is due to the custom climate file.

Is there any other way to modify .epw format other than using the elements software?
