Hello, as a blower door test output you should have the air change rate at a specific pressure difference between indoor and outdoor environment (typically at 50Pa).

In EnergyPlus you could use the object ZoneVentilation:DesignFlowRate. During the blower door test you should measure the wind speed, the indoor air temperature and the outdoor air temperature. Then in EnergyPlus you should choose the coefficients in order to interpolate the experimental data.
