I started feeling regretful that in response to a simple request
we've been going around in circles (and I'm partly to blame) about
how to extract and process raw weather data, something that would
likely result in frustration and a long learning curve.
Although I have a vested interest in seeing a market prosper for
weather data, I've decided there is an extenuating circumstance
here since Iran is outside the Western monetary system that allows
for credit card payments, which I think is why I've gotten
numerous enquiries but never a sale.
Therefore, I've just decided to create a "typical year" weather
file for the location requested, since I already have the
historical data and doing so takes literally a couple of minutes.
