I took a quick look and can tell you:

You have minimal information (performance at only 4 conditions) for the chiller performance, but I think you could create a curve set with that information. The data should result in correct IPLV if it comes from the manufacturer.
You may be able to get more detailed information
I have a spreadsheet which:

calculates curve coefficients for DX coils
represents generic curve coefficients in graphical form (You want the bi-quadratic curves)
derives coefficients from data (See the "Derive" sheet starting at cell A58 for bi-quadratic curves)
... but does not address chiller IPLV. I've attached the spreadsheet along with the referenced AHRI standard. On the surface, the chiller calculations appear similar to what I have done for DX coil IEER, but I have not looked closely.Â
The key part of the spreadsheet is that I have adapted the Standard's power value to become EIR (since E+ uses EIR)
Eventually, I'll add chiller IPLV to my spreadsheet - if you figure it out before me, please consider sharing it.

As mentioned earlier, today is pretty busy, so I don't have time to go into more detail. It may help your understanding to review the derivation formulae which start in cell A158 of the "IEER" sheet.

I've a project that the chiller COP is 6, 127 and NPLV is Â 10,063.

And i've these information of equipment.

How can I enter this information into the energyplus so that the output report shows the NPLV 10,063 chiller information? Is there some spreadsheet for equipments informations and then, export the curves idf?

I'm really confused with this thing.
