I Daniele,

I think you should enter "ZoneHVAC:IdealLoadsAirSystem" as Actuated Component Type or something like that !

ExternalInterface:Actuator,

    Block1_Zone1_HVAC,   !- Name

    Block1:Zone1:HVAC,   !- Actuated Component Unique Name

    ZoneHVAC:IdealLoadsAirSystem,       !- Actuated Component Type

    Air Mass Flow Rate,           !- Actuated Component Control Type

     ;   !- Initial Value
