[EnergyPlus_Support] Calculation for Actuator for Radiation Linear Heat Transfer Coefficient

Hi,

I am trying to overwrite the Radiation Linear Heat Transfer Coefficient using the EMS Actuator "Other Side Boundary Conditions"

When calculating the Radiation Linear Heat Transfer Coefficient, using the EMS Actuator, which radiative heat transfer coefficient is used?

Hr ground, Hr sky or Hr air?
