You should be careful to see whether the ISHRAE Hyderabad weather data is what you need. From your original post, I got the impression that you were looking for 2015 and 2016 historical weather for Hyderabad. If that's so, then the ISHRAE2 weather data fails on several counts: 1) the ISHRAE weather files are "typical year" files containing monthly weather from different years selected as the most representative for that month, (2) The ISHRAE2 weather file for Hyderabad was created from historical weather from 1990 to 2000, so that the latest possible weather in the file would still be 15 years before the time period you mentioned. I'm sure of the situation because I developed the ISHRAE2 weather files from 2009-2011 on a volunteer basis, although I did request that ISHRAE reimburse me for a graduate student that I hired to work on the solar data.

Hyderabad, my company (White Box Technologies) has been producing
historical year weather files for use in building energy
simulations for over 8,000 locations go back as far as 2001, and I
certainly have 2015 and 2016 files for Hyderabad. You can look at

that I'm an independent consultant not affiliated with nor
supported by any government or institution, so my weather data are
being sold.
