You can import the EPW directly into Excel. It is comma-separated but has no headings on the data columns. If you want headings, use the WeatherConverter to create a CSV version with column headings. 

DView can read and plot multiple variables and export graphs of EPW and other columnar data. Very flexible and usable. Search for DView and NREL to find the free download
