[EnergyPlus_Support] Help with combination of AFN-EMS-Ideal Loads-Hybrid Ventilation [1 Attachment]

I'm dealing with EMS and hybrid ventilation and I'm having some trouble. I wonder if someone could help me.
I was successful on using EMS to override the modulation of
window opening area in order to have a binary control (on/off). But I settled the EMS to control openings through indoor air temperature and occupancy, so when I added the ideal loads system the HVAC started working together with opened windows. I couldn't find a way to override this. Could someone help me? Attached is my EP model.
Another question that I have: I tried to use EMS + Hybrid ventilation using a regular split system (instead of ideal loads) but the EMS stops working and the windows start the modulation again. Did someone try this option?

I'd appreciate any help anyone could give me.
