Francesco, I can't check the file (on a phone) but you need to remember this object is connected to three loops: heating and cooling (on supply side typically), and a source loop (ground or other condenser loop typcally on the demand side). Make sure you're looking at the right nodes. It may be that you're looking at the cooling nodes which would explain why they have the same temperature but there's a heating rate.
