There are several ways you could accomplish this:
1. Use sizingperiod:weatherfileconditiontype object. I have no experience with this object, but it looks like it reads the weather file and creates extreme conditions used in design. You may have to do testing to find out if this object gives satisfactory results. The other object you mentioned may not be the best choice for sizing because it uses days from the weather file itself, which may not represent extreme conditions.Â
2. Write enable...disable blocks in the E+ parametric pre-processor with sizing:designday objects for the various weather locations you will be simulating. This requires prior knowledge of the locations.Â
3. Use many of the other external parametric tools, like Eppy, to do the simulations. This might be useful:
