[EnergyPlus_Support] Meaning of Outdoor Air Summary Report

Hello,

I am Struggling to understand the meaning of the Outdoor Air summary report. The mechanical ventilation [Ach] reported do not seem to match the input DesignSpecification:OutdoorAir.

Moreover It seems to be varying based on the system type. They do not consistently match the outdoor air reported in the zone sizing information report. Also what is the difference between the mechanical ventilation [ACH] reported in the Average Outdoor Air During occupied hours and the Minimum outdoor air during occupied hours.
