This is a new warning for Version 8.8 and is just informing you that the zone was not fully enclosed. As the message says "The zone volume was calculated using the floor area times ceiling height method where the floor and ceiling are the same except for the z-coordinates."  If that is what you expected and if the volume is correct, you can safely ignore it.

The volumes are correct in the report and are the same in both version 8.7 and 8.8... do I have to worry?
