[EnergyPlus_Support] What is 0.0000000382 m3/s-w ?

Dear all 

We all know that CO2 generation rate for each adult is 0/0052 L/s, as mentioned in ashrae. 

However, the relevant factor in Design Builder metabolic tab has been mentioned as 0.0000000382 m3/s-w . 

Do you know how to convert these two digits? and actually, what is m3/s-w ?
