One of the easier ways to edit the epw is to use the weather converter that is distributed with EnergyPlus, save it as an "EnergyPlus CSV", edit it and reuse the weather converter to save it back to an EPW.
(You can do this with a straight EPW, but it's a little trickier).
It appears that Elements is possibly putting those NaN into the weather line.

Dear All,  ** Severe ** Invalid Weather Line at date=2005/ 1/ 1 Hour#= 1 Min#= 0
I am in a process of doing some validation studies for Natural Ventilation (wind and stack effect). For the same, i am trying to edit ...epw file through element software in order to make some changes in the wind velocity column. After making changes when i run simulation, it throw back some Nan errors. I believe this happens when i "save as" epw file opened in element after making the respective changes. so this is happening during the transition.Ã?
Please suggest how to resolve this error.
