[EnergyPlus_Support] jeplus - monthly data in output

Dear all

I'm working with jePlus but I can only optain annual results.

I need to have results with monthly frequency.

I understood that I have to use the * .rvx files, where I request the output data on a monthly frequency.

But when I do the validation I get the following error: "Cannot read rvi/rvx file C:\......\my.rvx  RVX is not available. No simulation result will be collected".

(I use EnergyPlus v9.8) 

Can anyone help me?
