i'm not talking about ems. i think the term for the group of object i'm talking about are AvailibillityManagers. in the idf they serve as a kind of override control on objects otherwise running in normal controls...and it could be that you have an existing manager of this type overriding whatever you are doing or setting with your ems...it might also depend on when you are calling your ems program to run.

i think no. How can i check that? it even seems to be that this actuators regulates as a kind of maximum limit upwards. If I take a very small value that is the maximum amount of the mass flow. But the EMS guide doesn't say anything about that. There are explicit setpoints for the maximum and minimum mass flow of the weaved actuator but neither of them is the one i took.
