[Equest-users] Procedure for fixing unmet loads

Dear eQuest users, 

 

I am having an issue resolving the unmet loads in my system; a dorm
building with heat recovery. The baseline has 0% unmet load hours, but
the design case is at 66.1%. The common spaces (like corridors and
common rooms) have Energy Recovery. These zones have around 1.5-4K
under-heated hours. The dorm suites (with FCU's) have a little less than
1,000 under-cooled hours. 

 

I've tried incrementing the system sizing ratio and/or the thermostat
throttling range, but the unmet building hours remain the same. Any help
with this would be greatly appreciated.
