[Equest-users] Appendix G Baseline Model

That is what I have done, but my projects have not been submitted yet so
I am not certain how USGBC would rule. Similarly I used the maximum U
and SC values from 90.1 for the windows and ignored the higher allowable
values of the North windows to make my building easier to model...
realizing with this approach my proposed energy savings will decrease
slightly. I'd be curious to know if others have done the same with a
successful submittal through the LEED process.

Subject: [Equest-users] Appendix G Baseline Model

Hello Everyone,

When creating an Appendix G baseline model in eQUEST for LEED, can you
simply adjust the overall U-value of the exterior wall in the DD mode to
match the assembly maximum U-value from ASHRAE 90.1 Tables 5.5?

Thank You,
