[Equest-users] Possible New eQuest User - PORTUGAL

I found eQUEST very interesting.
 
I have downloaded the eQUEST 3.6 and I would like to know the following:
 
            It works with DOE 2.1 (That cumplies ASHRAE 140-2004, this is mandatory for Portugal)?
 
            There is a program that converts *.epw files of Portugal so that I can be used in eQUEST?
 
            Can we use SI Units? This is important for Europe.
