[Equest-users] CWEC file

CWEC data was developped by Numerical Logics.  The list of generated sites
plus a cool map is here:

Unfortunately, Grimsby is rather between developed sites and Toronto is
probably the closest.  There is CWEEDS data for both Hamilton and St.
Catharines but someone would have to pay Numerical Logics to build the
CWEC file.
