Subject: Circulation Loop Load Question

I have a building with a water cooled chilled water system and am trying
to calculate the peak coincident load on the chilled water loop.
Unfortunately it is telling me in the reports that my peak load occurs
in January and that the net loop load is 2000 MBH, but my peak coil load
is 3300 MBH. It is also telling me that I have 1500 MBH of overload on
the loop. My question is what factors can be accounting for this
overload on my CHW loop? I don't have any process loads on the loop or
anything like that. Any help into understanding more about the overload
would be appreciated.

Thank you
