[Equest-users] First time modeling cooling towers, Need Help! :)

I am trying to model water source heat pumps attached to a loop
consisting of a cooling tower and boiler.

I have a few of questions:

How do I do this the right way? The EER of the heat pumps is quite a
bit better than baseline, but my cooling use came out higher.

1. I assigned the boiler to the same loop as the cooling tower,
but cannot assign that loop to the heating side of the heat pumps. Do I
have to have the boilers on a separate HW loop?

2. Under the Cooling tower on the "Fluid and Dry Coolers" tab
under operation is "Heat Exchanger". Do I have to specify the heat
exchanger in order for the cooling tower to operate properly or is
filling in the Basic Specifications enough?

3. If I specify the heat exchanger, how do I know which to pick?
I have a cooling tower that has water running over the pipes that
contain the fluid I am trying to cool that also has a fan to promote
evaporative cooling. Is this air to water, water to air, water to
water?

4. I don't know where to put the size of the electric heater for
Pan Freeze Protection, all I could see is where I picked electric.

Any help will be appreciated.
