Energy Modeler, LEED Certification Reviewer, Commissioning Engineer (3 full-time employee positions open)

The Epsten Group, Inc., is currently looking for Engineers or Architects / Intern Architects experienced with energy modeling, LEED, or commissioning, to join our energetic and highly qualified team of consulting professionals. You will work on energy modeling tasks & reviews, LEED certification reviews, and/or manage & perform commissioning tasks, as applicable to your background and position sought.

The Epsten Group is an internationally known environmental auditing, building consulting, and architectural firm, providing LEED certification reviews, energy modeling, LEED consulting, comprehensive architectural & engineering services, commissioning of systems and the building envelope, building envelope consulting, daylighting calculations, water use calculations, life-cycle assessments, greenhouse gas reporting, and corporate sustainability reporting.

Compensation:
Competitive salary, plus benefits including bonus, group health insurance with BlueCross Blue Shield, comp time, three weeks personal time, telecommuting days, alternate commute benefits, one paid membership and, after two years, SIMPLE retirement plan.

Preferred qualifications/certifications are:

-      For energy modeler: experience with several energy simulations, preferably at least 10 (experience with equest and LEED modeling protocol preferred); Professional Engineering license (P.E.) preferred

-      For commissioning position: Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP(r)) or Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) preferred; Professional Engineering license (P.E.) preferred

-      For all: college degree in engineering, architecture, or related field required; LEED Accredited Professional preferred; minimum 3 years experience preferred
