[Equest-users] zone groups?

Hi All,
 
Can someone help me out with Zone Groups? I've got a mixed use building,
and each use will (generally) be on its own zone. Is that what these
Zone Groups are for? I'm confused because in the DD Wizard, the screen
before the Zone Groups is where I assign the program and percent of
floor area with that program, but in the screen before that I'm zoning
by program (manually drawing the zoning on the footprint), so shouldn't
I be assigning one program to one zone....or what?
