[Equest-users] eQUEST Title 24 Compliance Bug

I'm hoping someone can recommend a solution to getting around an apparent
eQUEST bug that prevents me from running a Title 24 "Permit Submittal" run. 

 

After eQUEST performs a compliance ruleset check it tells me that boiler
capacity must be entered. But it already is entered (and reentered countless
times). I can't get past this point and run the simulation. The specific
message is the following, "BOILER 'B-1' Boiler Capacity (keyword CAPACITY)
flagged as required for submittable analysis - Boiler capacity required for
permit submittal". 

 

Anyone encountered this and have a suggestion?
