I would suggest passing out your pd2 and inp files for this project so others can look at it and give you a bit of direction.

Subject: [Equest-users] ASHRAE 90.1 building and efficiencies
Hi all,
I'm somewhat new to eQuest and still trying to get my brain around it. One big issue I am having is my code building is actually more energy efficient then my design building. I did a test case where I quickly modeled a generic building and toggled the HVAC system types to see what effects the systems have on the building. I modeled the code building as a Packages single zone with furnace (ASHRAE 90.1 system 3, PSZ-AC) and my design building as a Packaged VAV with HW reheat (ASHRAE 90.1 system 5, Packaged VAV w/reheat). My code building is getter considerable better performance than the design building. Am I modeling the code building incorrectly? Any help would be appreciated.
