[Equest-users] Heat recovery issues

Note that the eQUEST default control for heat recovery is "Float" which
maximizes heat recovery at all times.  Consider changing this to "Mixed
Air Reset" where heat recovery will be modulated, allowing economizer free
cooling when applicable.
