[Equest-users] Active Chilled Beam savings?

Has anyone successfully shown energy savings due to an Active Chilled 
Beam airside system, as compared to a series VAV or other baseline? I 
haven't been able to model the fan (or any system) energy savings that 
several white papers claim.The last sim list discussion of this was in 
2006 anything new?
