[Equest-users] Modeling AF Fan w/ Dampers and FC Fan w/Dampers in eQUEST

Hi ,

 

I was wondering if anyone can help me with modeling different fan
curves. I am modeling a large office building with a chilled water
system. The air distribution is VAV. 
Currently, I am seeing no difference in the fan energy when I compare
the AF Fan w/ Dampers (Air Foil Fan with Discharge Dampers fan type) and
FC Fan w/Dampers (Forward Curved Fan with Discharge Dampers type) supply
& return fans. 

 

This is unexpected. If anyone is able to offer suggestions on how to
model these fan curves correctly in eQUEST it would be greatly
appreciated. Are there other inputs that I need to change/add in order
to have these fans work correctly.
