James:
Watch your reheat energy when setting the humidity maximum and minimum setpoints
in the air-side basics tab.
I have experienced unrealistic summer reheat energy use when the system tries to
dehumidify the air then reheat it to the required setpoint.

Subject: [Equest-users] Tips for Hot and Humid Climates
I’m using eQUEST to model commercial and residential buildings in several very
hot and humid locations (Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, etc…). I haven’t had any
trouble, yet, but I would like to know if anyone has encountered any limitations
or has any tips on modeling buildings in a hot and humid climate.
Best regards,
