[Equest-users] basic modeling questions

I am modeling a health facility with a semi complicated system and i just
want to know that i am approaching the modeling correctly.  The system is a
100% OA rooftop unit that conditions outside air for a few dozen fan coil
units.  for modeling purposes, i created the fan coil units with
OA-FROM-SYSTEM = the rooftop unit.  the rooftop unit sits in a "dummy
space."

any incite is helpful.
