[Equest-users] External Building envelop

I suggest using the layer-by-layer approach and the eQuest materials library
to ensure that you properly account for building mass and the associated
thermal response time lapse. The U-value input assumes a generic
light-weight construction thermal response. *Bonus* - the approach I
suggest is fun and easy!

Subject: [Equest-users] External Building envelop

Dear all,

I'm trying to enter building envelop details to eQuest, it's better to
specify resistance value (to calculated U-value for walls), or specify
layer-by-layer.

Concerning the detailed section, most of walls consisting of:

1. 40cm wall (40cm concrete or 20cm concrete + 5cm void + 15cm HCB )

2. 15cm ventilated cladding system (5cm insulation + profiles + voids
+ Cladding)

any help is appreciated,
