[Equest-users] Throttling Range

Hello All,
This question could be too general, However, some of you may have a consistent way to reduce the throttling range hours. Usually I play with heating,  cooling capacities  and thermostat settings, but this time I am having a hard time trying to reduce unconditioned areas in a heat pump system.
I appreciate any help.
