Alex,

The Cool Design T and Heat Design T are not the thermostat set points.
You need to create a different thermostat schedule and change the
thermostat schedule for all zones that you want to relax in the
parametric run.

Subject: [Equest-users] Adjusting Temperature Set Points

Hi all,

I have a question on adjusting temperature set points in a parametric
run:

Do I select: Thermal Zone (select zones)/Basic Specifications/'Cool
Design T' and 'Heat Design T'?
The building owner is interested in a window retrofit and wants to be
know how much additional energy can be saved if the temperature set
points are relaxed 2 degrees in each direction. I created a run as
described above, but the savings were small (~1%) which I was surprised
by. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Alex Krickx
