[Equest-users] unmet hours report

In my meesages for review report, I have a warning that says my primary oop is undersized.  I do not see any warnings about unmet load hours. I have a hard time believeing that I am undersized and do not have unmet load hours.  I found the reports for individual zones, I though there was one for the whole building.  Where is it please?
