[Equest-users] No image on "3D Geometry" view

Hello, this is Joo Yun Julie Shin.

 

After I select an individual floor on "2-D Geometry", I am not able to see anything on "3-D Geometry" view.

 

Do you know how I am able to see the entire building image again?
