[Equest-users] eQUEST Crash

Vikram,

Gotcha, that's just where I always start. Especially if the program is not made for 64-bit. I just havn't had any errors yet.

Rotating graphic is removed.

Thanks,

Peter - I don't think this particular one is a 64 bit issue - I've had it happen to me on 32 bit machines too, and with different versions of eQUEST. I think Pasha is correct in terms of it being a graphics card/ memory issue.

Omar,

A while back someone mentioned 64-bit installations. I think most errors occurring from eQuest not being able to refresh screens or the processor not functioning its mathematical equations properly is because of a 64-bit installation. Most major companies have upgraded their software's to accommodate this however there are still bugs.

PS: Trivia: It's called a bug because one of the first computers stopped working and they found out that a bug had caused it. Literally a bug was in the computer.

Thanks,

PETER HILLERMANN

Dear all,

Does anyone know why eQUEST crashes sometimes while rotating in 3D-Geometry mode?
My project is 3 interconnected building so it may be quite complicated.
Any ideas?

Many thanks,
Omar
